Thanks to our funders Veolia Environmental Trust and Thrive Trafford , and working with Trafford Council, The Friends of Longford Park and DUFFA, Manchester Disc Golf have installed a new 18-hole disc golf course in Longford Park, Stretford, Greater Manchester.
The course is always OPEN and FREE to use for everyone. We have discs available for hire in the park café (NOTE - the café is currently closed for redevelopment until March 2018) or bring your own. It's the first permanent 18-hole course in North West England.
There are two tee pad positions - below are mobile-friendly, swipable maps for each hole.
If there has been a lot of recent rain you might want to wear wellies / boots as some areas can get water logged.
Please give way to other park users when playing.
Hire Discs are currently unavailable as the café is closed for redevelopment until March 2018. We're currently looking at alternative options. Alternatively you can turn up at our club meets and borrow some discs for free and we'll show you how to play. If you're bring a group we can try to make a volunteer available - please contact us via email.
If you have your own discs the course is FREE and OPEN - ALWAYS! We have a limited stock of beginner discs for sale - come to one of our Open Days or find out when we're on the course at a club meet. Alternatively there are number of great online shops!
