First 18-hole Course in the North West!

We officially opened 2nd July 2016 with 18 baskets, 30 tee pads (beginner and advanced), landscaping features (including an ancient, mystical stone circle), 58 semi-mature trees, 60 apple trees, three new Out of Bounds tree nurseries (containing over 1,400+ trees) have been installed. This makes Longford Park, Stretford the first 18-hole Disc Golf course in the North-West of England!  We're hoping to install more in the North West as the sport grows!

Thanks to our funders Veolia Environmental Trust and Thrive Trafford , and working with Trafford CouncilThe Friends of Longford Park and DUFFA, Manchester Disc Golf installed a 18-hole disc golf course in Longford Park, Stretford, Greater Manchester.

Longford Park is worth a visit alone for the beautiful historic gardens, kids play areas, Pets' Corner and much more! Visit http://www.friendsoflongfordpark.org.uk for more information.
